1 block hand crumbled tofu

2 tbps grapeseed oil

1/2 cup very finely chopped onion

1/3 cup oat milk

1/2 tsp tumeric

pepper + salt

2 tsp cashew butter (optional)

parsley (optional)

chili flakes (optional)
- Crumble tofu and put on plate.
- Cook onion over med/low heat for 7 mins (until soft).
- Add tumeric and cook for another minute.
- Cook tofu, milk, and other ingredients for few more minutes till liquid is gone.
