One of the last beaches on the abel tasman track. It's a wonderful beach for swimming, relaxing, and walking around in the golden sand. The only downside is the beach being used as a launching point for motorboats, but it's so wide you can usually find a quiet place. Fishing is fortunately banned as it's within a marine reserve. As a result you sometimes see schools of fish swimming around with you.
