One of the issues about not using a "desktop environment" on linux is that there's loads of different tools you need to memorize for stuff like "configuring a monitor" "connecting to a wifi network" "disabling the microphone" and so forth. It would be nice to have a tool that pulls together the various disparate tools and maybe replacing some of the really awful existing tools with more streamlined versions.

Should be a collection of TUI tools. The main tool should launch specific sub tools for different tasks. The actual categorization could be inspired from gnome unless there's a better idea.
